Welcome to FĒDAN ("we," "us," "our"), accessible at glp1.byfedan.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing "The GLP-1 Nourish Edit" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service.

1. Who We Are

FĒDAN provides a weekly nutrition-focused newsletter and related digital content aimed at people navigating GLP-1 medication. We are not a medical provider, and our content is educational in nature (see Section 6, "Not Medical Advice").

2. The Service

The GLP-1 Nourish Edit is a paid subscription (currently billed annually at £75/year, or as otherwise stated at checkout) that gives you access to:

  • Weekly nutrition newsletter issues
  • Recipes and meal guidance
  • Related digital resources curated by FĒDAN

Pricing, billing frequency, and included content may change from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes in advance where required by law.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (annually, unless stated otherwise at checkout) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via [account management link / by emailing us at hello@byfedan.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period — see our Refund Policy for details.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Your Account & Conduct

  • You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing.
  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute paid content without our written permission.
  • You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the newsletter — including text, recipes, graphics, and branding — is owned by FĒDAN or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Not Medical Advice

Important: The content provided by FĒDAN is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be treated as, medical, dietary, or professional advice. Nothing on the Site or in our newsletter should replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, particularly regarding medication use, dosage, or any changes to your diet while taking GLP-1 medications.

Always consult your doctor, pharmacist, or a registered dietitian before making changes to your diet, medication, or health routine. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FĒDAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Service, including but not limited to health outcomes, missed content due to technical issues, or third-party service interruptions (e.g. Stripe, email delivery).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
