This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for The GLP-1 Nourish Edit and any other paid digital products and one-off digital downloads or services offered by FĒDAN through glp1.byfedan.com.
The GLP-1 Nourish Edit is a digital subscription service providing access to newsletter content and related digital resources. Because the service is delivered digitally, specific rules apply to cancellation and refunds.

Where you request immediate access to digital content and expressly acknowledge the consequences for any applicable cancellation right, that right may be lost once supply begins, where permitted by law.
For downloads:
One-off Digital Products
For one-off digital products, statutory cancellation rights apply where required by applicable law. Where you request immediate delivery of a digital download, expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect this may have on your cancellation rights, those rights may be lost once delivery begins, where permitted by law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation will normally stop future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where you have a statutory or contractual right to a refund.
If you purchase a digital download, you may have a statutory right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. However, if you request immediate delivery of the digital content during that period, expressly consent to immediate delivery, and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory cancellation right once supply begins, that right may no longer apply, where permitted by applicable law.
We will provide the required information and obtain your consent before making the digital download available for immediate access.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using a digital product you have purchased, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
To request a refund, email us at hello@fedan.com with your order details (email address used at checkout and approximate purchase date). We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you believe a charge was made in error or was unauthorised, please contact us first where possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
